Matchbook Creative is looking for an Art Director to help drive our creative vision forward. This role will help own the look and feel for content across campaigns, digital advertising, websites, traditional advertising, print collateral, signage, video, social imagery…and anything else we can think of! This person must show strong conceptual thinking, highly developed design skills, an understanding of content marketing and audiences, and be confident in their communication. The Art Director will work closely with the creative team to concept and deliver creative visions to execute in all channels. The right person will have leadership experience as a creative visionary willing to dive into the work while balancing high level strategic thinking in a fast-paced environment.

THE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE is responsible for daily contact between the agency and several client accounts. The account executive interfaces with various agency departments to move projects through on behalf of the client.
The account executive has major input in developing strategic marketing plans for their clients. After plans are developed and presented to clients, the account executive is responsible for carrying out the plan on a daily basis.
Reports to the Director of Client Services
The PUBLIC RELATIONS COORDINATOR is responsible for developing public relations plans, including writing, conducting research, preparing materials, maintaining contacts and responding to inquiries. This person acts as the in-house client PR contact. The Public Relations Coordinator requires strong writing skills, excellent communications skills, and a good working knowledge of publicity and public relations skill sets.
The Public Relations Coordinator manages the online community on a daily basis (internal and clients) proactively working to increase engagement, beyond just moderating posts or reacting to what happens within the community. The PRC facilitates conversation among community members, serving as the voice of the brand to the community, and the voice of the community to the brand, and assists in developing a community action plan, and evolves goals and strategies for executing the plan.
Reports to the Vice President.
