Brock Erb | Account Management
A senior at Purdue University, Brock is working toward a degree in management where he hopes to join an in-house marketing team for a company heavily involved with the music industry. An avid outdoorsman, Brock enjoys strategizing the golf course, planning an upcoming photo shoot, and casting a line from the fishing boat. As an account management intern, Brock is preparing to complete his senior year where he will be enrolled in marketing, business statistics, and economics courses.
Cody Pickett | Graphic Design
A recent graduate of Ball State University, Cody has a degree in advertising with a focus in creative. A determined, gifted designer, Cody plays an active role in the office, and through school where he was the Sr. Art Director for Adapt Strategic Communications. With his powerful designs and keen eye, Cody has been a recipient of two silver Student Addy’s, and Louie Award for AAF Volunteer of the Year, 2014.
Colin Hindman | Account Management
Working toward a degree in advertising with a focus in account management and media planning, Colin is a senior at Ball State University. Through active experiences at Unified Media (BSU’s Daily News Advertising), the Forget Me Not Campaign, and an internship with Gannett/LSJ Media, Colin has been responsible for managing press releases, social media accounts, presentations, promotions, and scheduling/negotiations.
Jarrett Harty | Graphic Design
On track to graduate with a degree in journalism/advertising, focusing on creative, Jarrett is a junior at Ball State University. Jarrett enjoys taking on leadership roles in his various organizations, such as: Creative Director (previously serving as Creative Coordinator) for Cardinal Communications; graphic designer for PRSSA; Campaign Designer for BSU’s Student Government Association; and as a freelance designer for Crowe Horwath.
Michelle Nowak | Graphic Design
A junior at Ball State University, Michelle is in the school of journalism working toward a degree in advertising with a focus on creative. Michelle is currently a Marketing Representative for Insomnia Cookies, and a member of BSU’s AAF student chapter. Playing an active part in her sorority, Michelle is the Social Media Chair for Alpha Omicron Pi, and works on the Greek Recruitment Committee for the Ball State Dance Marathon.
John Cavanaugh | Content Management
John is a junior at Ball State University where he will graduate with a degree in advertising, focusing on creative. Utilizing his passion and strength in writing, John flourishes within the realm of copy. An active member in Adapt Strategic Communications, John has also been a part of BSU’s AAF student chapter where he has served as Assistant Creative Director (2014), Creative Director (2015), and received the Outstanding New Member award, 2013.
