As Account Director, James Harter oversees Matchbook’s account services, leveraging over two decades of industry experience to serve our agency partners. His results-focused leadership and strategic mindset transform ideas into action and allow our work to stand apart in quality and effectiveness.
James' past experiences span both agencies and client side bringing digital, sports marketing, automotive and healthcare expertise to our company. He’s led winning campaign efforts for industry leading clients including the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Roche Diabetes Care, Royal Purple, Bel-Ray, Sta-Bil, International Motorcycle Shows and the Hoosier Lottery. James specializes in bringing together every element of branding, sports marketing, digital and integrated marketing communications campaigns.
James earned his bachelor’s degree in Sports Marketing, Management and Mass Communications from California State University of Long Beach. James loves spending time with his family and in the outdoors outside of work, and finds relaxation in hiking or DIY activities, particularly woodworking.
